2 Salmon filets 4-6oz each
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2-teaspoon black pepper
A dash of chili powder
Mix garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chili powder in bowl. Pour mixture over Salmon. Pre-heat George Forman Grill to med/high and grill for 5-8 minutes.
served best with sliced avocado, and black beans !
What are Carbohydrates?

GOOD CARBS : Complex Carbohydrates
Complex carbohydrates are carbohydrates that take longer to break down into glucose; such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains and beans. Complex carbohydrates provide long-term energy and help jump-start your metabolism. Whole grains are the best source of complex carbs, as are vegetables, fruits and beans.
BAD CARBS : Simple Carbohydrates
Simple carbohydrates include processed and refined sugar that is added into food. Foods with added sugars have fewer nutrients than foods with naturally-occurring sugars. Simple carbohydrates are easier to digest and can be found in white bread, white rice and pastries, sugared sodas, and can contribute to weight gain.
